DescriptionLittle Olea creates beautifully hand crafted pieces for teething baby, mom and toddlers from organic, untreated olive wood in Palestine. All wood is from 3 years aged organic olive wood branches that are pruned seasonally from trees as they are harvested. The wood is carved bead by bead in Bethlehem, then polished and oiled with cold pressed, extra virgin, organic olive oil and strung with beads that are hand crocheted by women in the village of Deir Ghassaneh for fair trade wages. Handmade Palestine knot necklaces before and after every bead to ensure safety.
