Symington’s (Protoveg) Original SOSMIX sausage mix 4kg

This is the original (Protoveg) Sosmix which older vegans may remember from decades ago. It is now made by Symingtons, using the original recipe. We supply it in plain bags – the image shown is for nostalgia only. Preparation: Place 150g of Sosmix into a bowl. Add 250ml of COLD water. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into sausage shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown.
